Q. What impurities are reduced and/or removed by the system?
Disinfectant Chlorine, Lead, Asbestos Fibres, Giardia Lamblia Cysts,
Histolytica Cysts, Parvum Cysts, Cryptosporidium, Oxidised Iron, Manganese,
Sulphides, Pesticides, Benzine, Nitrates, Sewerage, Solvents, Hydrocarbons,
Petrol and Chlorides. It also inhibits lime-scale build up in water-using
appliances.
Q. How does the filtration system work?
The dual filtration system utilises a sediment cartridge pre-filter and a
cyst-rated carbon block chemical reduction cartridge. This unique system offers
the ideal solution for filtering out those unwanted pollutants.
Q. What is the difference between dual filtration system and
reverse osmosis?
Reverse osmosis provides the purest form of water available, leaving
virtually nothing in the water supply except pure H2O.
Q. Can I still install a system if I am located in a high rise building,
a rental property or heritage building?
We take care of all the necessary approvals for gaining permission to install
a water filtration system, including approaching property owners or managers. If the owner or property manager refuses, we can offer alternatives.
Q. We have an existing contract with a bottled water company?
In most cases, we can reimburse you for out of pocket expenses.
Q. We are a small business, do you you have anything to suit us?

Q. What if we don't have room for the water system?
As well as filtration units that fit neatly under the sink, we offer bench top,
freestanding and wall mounted alternatives which will fit into the smallest of
office or home spaces.
Q. I already have a system but want to move, can you help?
